If you are going to trust Chris and me to provide you with a long-lasting, reusable ONEBag that you can proudly use in public then we are going to provide you with a buying experience and product you will want to tell others about.
We like to think that the time and attention we put into each handmade bag will ensure your bag will be perfect, but if something goes wrong, we will be here to make things right.
What does that entail? If your ONEBag has some sort of issue, please contact us immediately. You will not be speaking to a customer service agent in a call center, you will speak directly to me or Chris, and I promise we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue. We will not hesitate to build a replacement, so please talk to us!
Privacy & Safety
When you visit our site, it is the same as visiting our home or workshop. You will be safe, you will be comfortable and we will be there to make sure that is the case.
To help improve your experience we do collect analytic data through both Google Analytics and through our Wixs site provider.
During the purchase process, your financial information will only be handled in the secure environment of either PayPal or our Wix store. Both guarantee the protection of your information. Again, if you're on this site, just like our home we do monitor your activity, but we certainly don't go through your pockets!
